1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging
- The item must not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided
Refund requests that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our customer support team through our official communication channels
- Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return
- Our team may request additional details, including images or videos of the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A Return Authorization will be issued
- You will receive instructions on how and where to return the product
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The product is defective, or
- An incorrect item was delivered
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as AMG Medical cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
4. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos
Upon verification, AMG Medical will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Customized or specially manufactured products
- Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition (unless defective upon delivery)
However, if an issue arises due to a fault in customization, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
7. Policy Updates
AMG Medical reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy’s effective date.
